Beautifully Butterscotch Rum

The creamy taste of homemade butterscotch delicately blended with our rum is unmistakably Springmount!

Velvety butterscotch and our white rum are blended to create a sweet, comforting liquor perfect over ice!

About Us

Springmount Spirits is a small, family run spirits company that focuses on small batch, premium quality spirits.

We use only the finest ingredients to create unique spirits that are all full of character. Currently we have three signature botanical gins and one rum liqueur.

The gins are all London dry with the flavours of Mint and Lime, Strawberry and Raspberry and Lavender and Lemongrass.

The rum is a butterscotch rum using our own butterscotch recipe which gives the rum a smooth and satisfying taste.

We pride ourselves on making everything ourselves, sourcing the best ingredients possible and being a little different to everyone else.
